Provided that it is limited to the 2021-2022 Academic Year Fall Semester, during the Final/Make-up exam process, in order to prevent students who test positive for COVID-19 from experiencing grievances such as loss of term and rights, by our University Senate;

*For the students of the School of Tourism Management and Hospitality and Yeşilova İsmail Akın Vocational School, an additional exam right (make-up exam) is granted between the dates of February 14-18, 2022, which corresponds to 14 days after the end dates of the make-up exams, all exams in the make-up exam to be conducted face-to-face, and the renewal of the registration of the relevant students for the 2021-2022 Academic Year Spring Semester with an excuse to be carried out by the unit student affairs between February 21-23,

*For all academic units of our University, excluding the above-mentioned academic units, an additional exam right (make-up exam) is granted between the dates of February 21-25, 2022, which corresponds to 14 days after the end date of the make-up exams, all exams in the make-up exam to be conducted face-to-face, and the renewal of the registration of the relevant students for the 2021-2022 Academic Year Spring Semester with an excuse to be carried out by the unit student affairs between February 28-March 02, 2022, is deemed appropriate.

Students who test positive for Coronavirus ("COVID-19") in the relevant exams will be able to apply by filling out the attached petition format and sending it along with the documents declaring their positivity to the unit email addresses.
